We go into trance everyday as it is when our conscious and subconscious mind comes together. You can naturally go into trance when doing an everyday activity such as running, tidying up or driving a regular route.
The trance state relaxes the brain and allows it to problem solve. The different activity in the brain during hypnotic trance has been studied and it shows the brain is working in the areas of creativity and problem solving. Trance states allow our brains to rest and to work things out. This is why hypnotherapy can be very effective. We know what we want, also how we want our lives to be, and we can change the way we think and feel with the help of hypnotherapy.
During your hypnotherapy session you will be able to relax completely as I read a script that is tailored to your needs. This allows your brain to take on the messages it needs to help change your mindset. The powerful effect of hypnotic trance is that the brain can see solutions within this state and change its way of thinking. You have complete control over this and can come out of the trance whenever you feel you want to. This part of the session last between 20-30 minutes.
Most people find trance relaxing and uplifting feeling they have had a deep relaxation session.
