Hi I’m Claire and I’m a fully qualified clinical solution focussed hypnotherapist psychotherapist living in London and Somerset.
AFSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists), the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapists) and the CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council). I have an enhanced DBS which allows me to work with children.
I have dedicated most of my life to the wellbeing of children and adults. Believe me it has been an absolute pleasure, I consider myself lucky.
I have found hypnotherapy allows me to use the skills I have obtained in my other occupations perfectly. I just love seeing people develop and grow and become the happy confident individuals they want to be.
I have been a teacher for twenty-five years specialising in the primary school age group. I have worked with children with all kinds of problems, academic and emotional. I love working with children as the greatest thing is to see them let go of their worries and anxieties and develop and grow. Having helped so many children grow and believe in themselves as a teacher, I now love seeing them reach their potential using hypnotherapy.
My other passion in life has been holistic therapy. I trained as a massage therapist, aromatherapist, reflexologist before teaching and I ran my own holistic therapy business. Healing took me further into the study of reiki. I became a reiki master and taught reiki before deciding to become a hypnotherapist.
I have many years of experience helping children and adults through difficulties and I am so pleased that I can help many more using hypnotherapy
